What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

What Is NOT Covered
- Physical damage or abuse
- Damage from power surges or incorrect power supply
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear (keyboards, switches)
- Software issues
Service Options
Option 1: Authorized Service Center
Take your computer to a Commodore Authorized Service Center for in-person repair. Call 1-800-COMMODORE for the nearest location.
Option 2: Mail-In Service
Ship your computer (insured!) to our service depot. Include a description of the problem and your contact information.
Important: Keep your original receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims!
